Purchase of products
When you order a Product from our website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information were entered onto the system.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately: 084 6666 400
We will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be taken with your invoice, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.
Tracking numbers will be sent to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.
Courier Service delivers to your door, 1– 3 working days for shipping at R150
Once the package leaves our premises with the third party (courier), we will not be held liable for the delivery of your package.
We will not be held responsible to any loss or theft of items once it has been handed over to the delivery company.
*Please note that we cannot ship to P.O Boxes and Postnet Suites we need to ship to a physical address
2.1 Payment options
Havillah Beauty accepts payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Direct bank deposit, Credit/Debit Card. For EFT’s received for international orders, all bank charges are for the clients account. We wait for all payments to be cleared into our account before we dispatch your order.
We require you to send us your proof of payment including the delivery fee. Orders will remain on hold until we receive an emailed proof of payment (we cannot be held liable for any delays in orders being completed if proof of payment is not sent). We do not accept lay buys for online purchases.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply. You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail or/Paxi to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
All products are exchangeable within 7 days provided that they are unused and in original packaging , excluding:
• Special Orders
• All Products bought on sale/promotion
• All Hair products
